Suspicious Phishing Email Warning

Security Awareness

We have detected suspicious emails that mimic the format and presentation of CJM or its affiliates. These emails often claim there is an incoming transfer (e.g., SWIFT Payment / MT103) and invite you to send important documents or click a link to verify your identity.

*This announcement is for educational purposes to raise cyber security awareness for customers and stakeholders. It is not intended to accuse any specific organization or individual and does not constitute legal advice.*

Red Flags

  • Vague subject lines referring to "SWIFT Payment", "Transfer Receipt", or "MT103".
  • Sender uses an email domain that is not the official company domain (e.g., @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, or misspelled/spoofed domains).
  • Urgency or pressure to act immediately, e.g., "Urgent: Reply required today".
  • Requests to open suspicious attachments like .zip, .exe, .scr, or files requiring extraction.

Example of "Suspicious" Phishing Email (Mockup)

*The above example is a simulation and does not refer to any real domain or person.*

Action Required

  • 1Do not reply to suspicious emails immediately if you have doubts about their authenticity.
  • 2Do not click links or open attachments in unsure emails, especially those requiring extraction (Zip) or executable files.
  • 3Verify with CJM If unsure whether an email is truly from CJM, please contact CJM staff via official channels listed on the website or your regular contact channels.

*If you require official legal advice, please consult a legal advisor or the responsible legal department.*
